For different O-Ring grooving size, you just simply need to change the carbide insert with dia.20 + R0.5/R0.75/R1.0/R1.25/R1.5/R2.0/R2.5/R3.0. Not necessary to go to customize tool anymore, any special radius or dia. is also available in customization. UFO corner rounding radius insert is designed with 6 teeth which provides great productivity.
